A combination of peated and unpeated whisky, AD04.21:03 has been matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. Aromas of brine, burnt orange peel and glacier mints fill the nose, complemented by notes of salty cashews, peanut brittle, deep fried bananas and smouldering driftwood throughout the palate.
